168 York Street Cafe is situated in a beautiful brownstone building in the heart of Yale University. Not only are we one of the oldest gay bars in CT, we are, also, the only gay owned and operated bar/restaurant in New Haven.

We are open seven days a week and have a Happy Hour Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 7 PM and 2 PM to 8 PM on Saturday. We serve dinner Monday-Saturday 5:30-9:00 PM with a vast selection of specials. And now that autumn is upon us, don't forget York Street's famous Sunday Brunch, 11 AM-3 PM, with 60 oz. pitcher's of Bloody Mary's or Mimosas for only $8.00. We also have our Beer Bash every Thursday 9-12 PM and Sunday 8-12 PM. $1.50 domestic beer and $2.50 imported and premium beer.

Everyone meets at York Street - Come drink with old friends and make new ones!

Come play bingo with Joan at the annex in East Haven and support the Connecticut Gay Men's Chorus. Party with her afterward here at York Street. This month's after party is on Saturday the 15th. See you here or Joan is going to come after you with one of her coat hangars!

The CGMC are also going to be celebrating George and Laura's Last White House Christmas on Saturday Dec 20. If ever there was a reason to celebrate this is it, so join us at the Schubert and then after the performance here at 168.s
